Southern Dunes Clubhouse

Maricopa, AZ

Southern Dunes is a private, men’s only, golf club completed in 2005.  The clubhouse is 7,500 sf with a 6,000 sf cart storage facility also on property.  The primary goal of the design was to minimize construction cost by using basic materials left in their natural state.
